I have advised major investment banks in analytics, IT strategy, regulatory reporting and operations improvement. I have also led initiatives in the areas of post-merger technology integration, enterprise architecture and application development.

Professional Background

I have spent the last 8+ years leading technology initiatives in multiple industries. Consulting engagements include analytics for profit improvement, market entry strategy, IT cost reduction initiatives and business process redesign.

Industries include financial services, corporate equity solutions and regulatory reporting. At CME Group, I led technology integration initiatives driven by M&A activity at the top three futures exchanges in the US. I have also led initiatives to develop enterprise architecture and to re-engineer clearing systems for the largest futures clearing house in the US.
